Natures Aid® MCT oil is made in the UK to GMP standards. No palm oil, ready to mix powder. MCT is produced sustainably and uses no GM products.

MCT oil is believed to be metabolised more easily by the body than standard coconut oil, due to the removal of long chain fatty acids. MCT oils are rapidly absorbed and are thought to provide a useful energy source.

Directions

Add 15g (approx. 2 tablespoons) of powder to black coffee or smoothie and stir for 1 minute or until dissolved. For best results add all ingredients in to a blender, blend and enjoy.
